TICKET OPTIONS
BetaCon tickets are available as single day or weekend passes. You can also customize your experience by purchasing general admission or VIP tickets. VIP’s get early & expedited entry into the event, access to an exclusive VIP & Industry lounge, a VIP swag bag and a BetaCon poster. Limited quantities of discounted tickets are available, so buy yours early for the best price.

What are my food options near the event?
The Oregon Convention Center offers a variety of food and beverage options through concessions at the venue. The venue is located within a long walk or a short drive to many of the great restaurants of Portland. There are a number of convenient options within a few blocks of the venue, including Burgerville, McMennamin’s Mission Theater Pub & J Café.

Are cosplay costumes allowed?
Allowed and encouraged! Want to learn more about cosplay costume guidelines and our cosplay costume contest? Check out our blog post for BetaCon Costume Contest details. The first 25 fully costumed attendees each day get free admission.
Can I get a refund?
We offer extremely reasonably priced tickets that everyone can afford, but there are no refunds once you purchase. But feel free to reach out if you have an issue: info@betacon.org.
How do I get tickets?
That’s an easy one: buy one on this page! You can get discounted tickets before the event or grab your tickets at the door. We offer GA & VIP tickets for either a single day (Saturday or Sunday) or the entire weekend.
Where do I show up on the day of the event?
The Oregon Convention Center is the venue for BetaCon 2017. Check out our website for more about getting to the OCC. BetaCon is located in Hall E at the convention center. There will be maps and people to ask once you get there.
Are cameras allowed?
Sure! Feel free to come and document BetaCon with a standard camera or camera phone. Professional cameras and recording equipment are only permitted with media access. Contact us at info@betacon.org to request media credentials.
Can you accommodate my disability or mobility constraints?

Is wifi available?
Public wifi is available at the convention center, but may be difficult ot access on a busy weekend.

Can all ages attend?
Absolutely. This is an all-ages, family friendly event. For children under the age of 14, we require you to attend with a parent or guardian.
Can I bring my young children along?
Absolutely! Passes are not required for children age 6 or younger if they attend with a parent or guardian.
