The sound of hard earned east coast grit and grime sloughing off at a rural Northern California shooting range, bit by paranoid, hateful bit. Founded in 1999, the trio blast a churning, aggressive, rhythmic noise-rock, with equal emphasis on noise and rock.

The trio has been been called all sorts of things (usually not to their face, mind you), mostly hyphenated permutations of noise rock, hardcore, punk, sludge, and (incorrectly) metal.

Drunk Dad: 
Portland's one and only fuck-you-all-wave group, is on a seemingly unstoppable trajectory. In the last two years they have hard-won the turned heads and knowing nods of enthusiastic youngsters and old cynics alike with their all-out assaults on rock and convention. Their art-fucked sludgy hardcore free-jazz noise rock is as unclassifiable as it is enthralling.
